My Story
I grew up moving between places and cultures, the daughter of a military family. Born in Honolulu, Hawai'i, my formative years were spent in Vicenza, Italy, and Hanau, Germany, where I learned early what it meant to adapt, rebuild, and begin again.
My father, Master Sergeant Thurston Lee “Stone” Williams, a two-tour Vietnam War veteran and Purple Heart recipient (among many other awards), and my mother, Sergeant First Class Lynette Jackson, modeled a life of service and perseverance. In a military family, resilience is not an abstract concept; it is something you learn by living it.

Living abroad and navigating new environments often meant stepping into unfamiliar spaces without a clear roadmap. There were many moments in my life when I knew how to begin something but did not yet understand how to finish it. Like many people, I sometimes felt that something essential was missing. However, through those experiences, I gradually came to understand that progress, whether personal, professional, or financial, depends on a foundation that is deeper than money or opportunity alone.

Over time, I came to recognize five essential elements that grounded me and allowed me to move forward with greater clarity: mental health, physical health, spiritual health, a strong support system, and consistent effort. These principles became the framework I now describe as the Five Pillars of Financial Consciousness to Realize Wealth.

These pillars are part of the foundation that has allowed me to persevere, to rebuild when circumstances changed, and to continue moving forward when the path ahead was uncertain. They have helped me grow through military life, public service, higher education, and the many transitions that come with navigating new environments and responsibilities.

Today, as a U.S. Army brat, a U.S. Navy veteran, a U.S. Air Force mom, former IRS Revenue Officer, and MSIOP graduate with distinction, I continue to carry those lessons into my work. Through JuneteenthSC LLC, I seek to share the insights that helped me find stability and direction so that others can cultivate financial consciousness, build sustainable wealth, and strengthen their families and communities.

For me, the Five Pillars are the grounding principles that made my resilience possible.
